



Matthew B. Aljanich
Managing Partner and Chief Counsel
Matt Aljanich has strong strategic planning skills, a business development focus, and
an entrepreneurial spirit gained after more than 22 years of professional experience in
the aviation, defense, and legal sectors. He joined Airline Forecasts in 2007. Mr.
Aljanich has over 22 years of military service, both active and reserve, and is a combat
veteran. He was the youngest F-14 pilot in the world, and was also an exchange officer
with the British Royal Air Force. He is currently a Commander in the Navy Reserve,
assigned to United States Delegation to the Military Committee at NATO in Brussels,
Belgium, and is an expert in international political-military affairs. In 2000, he co-
founded CredentialSmart, one of the leading healthcare software companies in the
provider credentialing market and served as the Secretary and Treasurer on the Board
of Directors. He was also assigned to the CFO/COO roles and led the company
through its first acquisition in 2001. In 2004, he was a congressional candidate and ran
an inspired campaign for the U.S. House of Representatives in Colorado’s Third
Congressional District. He graduated with honors from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical
University with a B.S., and earned a J.D. from American University's Washington
College of Law, with an emphasis in International Law and Aviation.
